Another Fun Thing To Do Tonight
From My Friend Brian:
john waters (yes, john waters) opening tonight at marianne boesky gallery
535 w. 22nd st. between 10th and 11th ave.
right here in the baltimore of the future, nyc.
6-8pm.
booze.
it's amazing and i'll call you a fucking idiot if you don't try to see it if you're in town. the funniest/weirdest thing you'll see this summer and it doesn't even have people slowly flexing their muscles and turning into whales or whatever the hell matthew barney is doing these days.
wait- you heard about it on flavorpill? well, bring your can of sparks, cowboy boots and stupid ass haircut along with you. we're partying.

Nice to see that you young'ns are still discovering the early/seminal works of Mr. Waters. Desperate Living gets my vote as his best "early" film.
